Terms and Conditions

The chauffeur’s foremost responsibility, in addition to providing safe and reliable transportation, is to safeguard the vehicle at all times. The vehicle will not be left unattended during the duration of your service. Chauffeurs are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of partying or socializing with passengers.

In the event that, at the sole discretion of the chauffeur, the conduct of any passenger or guest is deemed disorderly, disrespectful, unsafe, illegal, irresponsible, or otherwise poses a risk to personal safety or property, the chauffeur reserves the right to immediately terminate the service without refund or further obligation.

Please ensure that all personal items are removed from the vehicle at the conclusion of your service. Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings. The company assumes no liability for any items that are left behind, lost, missing, or damaged. Should any item be found in the vehicle after your service, we will gladly arrange its return at our convenience, subject to an applicable delivery or travel fee.

Cancellation policies are subject to change and may vary dependent on special events. Each event will be accompanied by an event date list provided by management.

To avoid a change fee, late cancellation fee, or no-show fee, the reservation(s) must be changed or canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy noted in your email confirmation. You may either call (888)-259-8131 or email reserve@blueprint-worldwide.com

An additional cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $650 may be assessed for excessive mess or damage caused by passengers. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive trash, spilled beverages, bottles, food debris, animal hair, or biohazard cleanup (such as vomit). To help avoid cleaning charges, please ensure that all trash is removed from the vehicle at the conclusion of your service.

SMOKING is not allowed in vehicles however special requests can be made upon request prior to service to accomodate.
